MNAB Enterprises Policies
1. Eligibility for Returns
Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your items. Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Products that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear are not eligible for a return. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Custom Orders: Rackets customized to specific customer requests cannot be returned. Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for returns.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps: * Contact our customer service team at Info@mnabenterprises.com to request a return authorization. * Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us. * Pack your item securely and include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
4. Refunds
Refund Method: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days. Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error). Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, the order will be processed, and you must follow the return procedure once you receive the item.
