Domestic Orders: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. International Orders: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination country, package weight, and dimensions. Any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving payment confirmation. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time. Our team will communicate any expected delays with you directly.
4. Delivery Time Period
Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days, depending on your location. International Shipping: Estimated delivery time varies by country but typically ranges from 7-21 business days. Please be aware that customs clearance can affect delivery times.

8. Returns Due to Incorrect Address
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before completing your order.
